Good news for Marriott Bonvoy members as they now have an opportunity to earn 2,000 bonus points for members on each eligible stay beginning September 7 and ending December 1, 2022, for travel between September 21 through December 15, 2022. This is part of their new Unlimited Bonus Points Global Promotion event.
In order to rake advantage of this new system and to earn the bonus points, members must register before December 1. The stays must be such t hat any number of consecutive nights are spent at the same hotel.
In addition to these added advatnages, Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card holders also have an opportunity to make their stay even more fruitful. They can earn an additional 2,000 bonus points per stay during the promotion earning period across different hotel brands. This gives them the ability to earn up to 4,000 bonus points per stay.
The following are not eligible for the promotion; Stays at Homes & Villas by Marriott International, Marriott Executive Apartments, owner occupied weeks at Marriott Vacation Club, Marriott Grand Residence Club, Sheraton Vacation Club, Westin Vacation Club, The Ritz-Carlton Club, St. Regis Residence Club and Luxury Collection Residence Club.
There are over 8100 hotels for stays where these bonus points can be redeemed. Out of these, a total of 30 are all inclusive resorts and over 76,000 are premium and luxury home rental programs. Members can also redeem their bonus points for services like Marriott Bonvoy Moments, like flights, car rentals and other travel experiences. Marriott Bonvoy is the program that everyone loves. It is fairly easy to stock up on Bonvoy points and redemption rates are generally reasonable. Not to mention that their massive footprint gives their members ample opportunities to redeem several nights for free. Willard and Alice Marriott opened up a single soda shop, known as Hot Shoppe, in Washington D.C.
