Galaxy Buds Live was Samsung’s first venture into the ANC domain. However, their open-type design was far from perfection. This new model is much more convenient and is the highest premium offering from the formidable Samsung brand. In terms of the product’s design, it resembles a cross between the Galaxy Buds Live and Galaxy Buds Plus models. The design of the buds are closely derived from the latter model, while the case is designed as a close replication of the former one. Buds Pro packs a spatial audio-like feature called Dolby Head Tracking that will allow Galaxy smartphone and tablet users to “enjoy realistic and immersive sound” while watching videos so sound stays centered in the event they are on the go or moving.

Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro is equipped with a 2-way speaker system consisting of an 11mm woofer and a 6.5mm tweeter. It has been marketed by the brand as ‘the best audio experience ever’. The intuitive design of the earbuds reduce the background noises up to 99%. The brand also boasts to have improved the Ambient Sound mode in this improved model. Moreover, these buds can intuitively detect when the user has started speaking and reduces the audio volume accordingly. The Buds Pro also comes with three mics and a Voice Pickup Unit (VPU). The battery backup is also formidable as these buds have been marketed to last for 5 hours with the ANC on. The fast charging feature allows for a 5 charge juicing up the buds for at least 60 minutes of usage.
Samsung’s strife to create a holistic earbud has received a boost with the introduction of the buds’ ability to automatically switch between the user’s smartphone device and tablet.
