Ms. Suri has assisted the Planning Commission as a Legal Consultant to the Secretariat of Infrastructure. She has also been instrumental in setting up offshore offices for her international clients by assisting with licensing and registrations. She has been appointed as a Legal Consultant to the National highways Authority of India on several projects; she has provided her valuable advice to the NHAI outlining thoroughly the preparation of bidding documents for highways projects on BOT/DBFOT/Annuity basis, along with the evaluation of bids put forward by bidders. Ms. Suri has no dearth of knowledge and experience, and is well versed in other facets of corporate and commercial laws including foreign direct investment and documentation concerning shareholders and joint venture agreements and various M&A transactions.
