Started under the auspices of its talented founder and chief architect, Mr. Indu Shekhar Tripathi, the firm has continued soaring to new peaks of success over the last 25 years. Prioritising unmatched craftsmanship and the spirit of novelty, Mr. Tripathi laid the foundations for the venture in 1998, briefly after graduating from IIT, Roorkee and working with some of the most experienced industry stalwarts like architect Roopar Kothari and architect Gyan P. Sushmita’s passion for architecture helped shape her razor-sharp focus for the industry from an early age. After graduating with Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the prestigious Jamia Millia Islamia University, she gained experience by working as an intern and Junior Architect for Prem Nath & Associates, later joining Tripathi & Associates as an Architect. Her passion to learn more about the nuances of architectural principles lead her on a quest, that led her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the US to further explore the boundaries of this arena.

Honing organisational and leadership skills from an early age, Sushmita has organised the Reuben Trophy, NASA, India as well as served as a Graduate Student Ambassador for the School of Architecture at GeorgiaTech. She is both a registered Architect with the Council of Architecture, India as well as an Associate at the American Institute of Architects. Sushmita is currently working on her experience and exams in the US to achieve her next professional milestone of being licensed in the United States.

Her thesis on the Redevelopment of Sassoon Docks at Mumbai was named among the top 50 theses at the Unfuse International Thesis Award in 2018, while her work featured at the 8th position for the Nari Gandhi Trophy, NASA India (2016).
