About the three most important things for his company, Rob explained – “First and foremost it is our employees. I’m a firm believer that a company is only as good as its people. In an industry well-known for high staff turnover, I am proud to say that our retention of people is around 95%. The second part of the People element is our investors – the people who believe in our product and as the saying goes “put their money where their mouth is”. Without their support, encouragement, advice, and funding we wouldn’t be where we are today. And thirdly would be the need to PERSIST – without a strong willingness to hang in there at all costs there would no company.”

In discussing Rob’s views on dealing with critics, “The person who hasn’t been criticized doesn’t exist.  We all make errors of judgment and I would say that I have learned as much – if not more – from dealing with less successful outcomes.  Life experience – combined with the ability to take negative feedback and turn it into a position – is what, I believe, shapes us as people.

“We are currently working on a process for banks to collaboratively identify money laundering while also protecting their customers’ right to privacy and confidentiality. We believe it will be transformational in identifying the harm that money-laundering does to vulnerable people around the world.” – Rob while emphasizing his future plan.
