admin Like all of us Adv Shubham Dwivedi had dreams, at a young age he decided that he wanted to pursue the dream of being in the Indian Air Force. He loved mathematics and was excellent in academics. He passed his intermediate schooling with First Class in Science and Mathematics. As a child he was inspired to join the Indian Air Force.
Life brings forth choices for us, and we are forced to make a choice. Dwivedi was confronted by a situation where he had to make a choice. On the day of his graduation exam, the Air Force Entry exam was to be conducted which was in another city. He chooses to give the Air Force Entry exam because he was confident and knew he would pass. He passed with flying colors.
The Thorns in His Rose
Shubham passed his physical exam and the interviews, which were conducted to be a part of the Air Force. Three months later he was called to Hyderabad for a medical exam. It was during this exam that Shubham learned that he had deficiency of color blindness and as a result failed the medical test.

Dwivedi was shattered, alas! The dream he cultivated since childhood would not be fulfilled, when he realized this, he felt like he failed in life.
Bloom Despite of Thorns
Shubham was not a person who would give up so easily. And this he proved when he further went on to complete his masters in History from Christ Church College, Kanpur. He was fond of writing, so he started writing and publishing his content on various social media platforms.
He further went on to study LLB and received his degree while participating in various social programs. He founded Manavadhikar Action Forum, and as its National President kept serving society in its various causes with his main aim of helping people who are robbed of their human rights. He met thousands of people, listening to them, aiding them in whichever way he could.
For his social work, he was awarded Worlds book of records London by Uttar Pradesh’s ADGP BK Singh, in social work domain. Manavadhikar action Forum reached 13 states, and was focused on fighting for victim’s human rights violations and their service was free of cost.

Beginning his Professional Journey
Now known as Advocate Shubham Dwivedi, he opened his own Law firm called Karma Legal. Karma Legal is a registered company in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India Karma Legal team provides all documents and legal assistance to NGOs and entrepreneurs helps. Karma Legal team consists of expert CA, CS, Advocate, Ngo expert and Ngo project consultant. The whole team endeavors that entrepreneurs and NGOs move forward and progress. There are many entrepreneurs in the country, but all are mostly troubled by their documentation related work, in which case our team helps them from annual compliance to legal help. Karma Legal Firm is currently making a distinct identity in the country. Presently Karma Legal team is working in all the states.
Speaking with Advocate Shubham Dwivedi founder of Karma Legal during the interview, he mentioned that today’s youth in India wants Start Up but is intimidated by the document process or he starts working without documentation due to which he gets trapped. In such a situation, Karma Legal helps them in every way and Karma Legal team has only one vision “Aap Dhandha Karo Hum Documents Sambhalenge”, which translates to ‘you do your job, we’ll handle your documents’.
Aims and Plans of the Advocate
“At Karma Legal, client satisfaction is our ultimate aim. We live, die, fight for our clients and serve them with utmost commitment and dedication,” assures Shubham.
He further wishes that soon Karma Legal will be known as a one-stop-shop for all corporate, NGO, and legal documentation, advisory, counselling, and consultancy solutions giving their clients peace of mind.
Shubham’s ultimate aim in helping his client is to aid them in progressing their business and prospering their enterprising health positively. He strives to provide all the legal documentation work along with digital marketing to the corporate, NGO, and legal sector. He would love to see all NGO’s thriving and continuing to do their good work without having to worry about their document work.
“My goal is to make the biggest legal and accountant company in the coming times,” States Shubham in a recent interview.
Shubham is an inspiration to all entrepreneurs, to keep charging forward and not accepting defeat so easily. Even though he changed his dreams, his ultimate goal of serving the nation still remained in his heart, he continued to serve the nation but only in a different way. Shubham has also compiled a book called “Vidhi Sanhita”, which contains many important acts of law.
