He is also a part of the Harvard Business school having participated in an Executive Education program.
Girish started his journey in the anointed halls of the Indian Army as he served as a short service commissioned officer. He then leaped towards the corporate world, fast becoming a treasured factor of organizations like Satyam (which has now changed to Tech Mahindra) as well as Aztec soft (which is now Mindtree Consulting) and Aircel Ltd in the telecom domain. He has implemented multiple innovative HR initiatives and has spearheaded the inculcation of pioneering frameworks like the People Capability Maturity Model (PCMM) Level 5 Certification in the companies he has worked with.
