Corporate law advisory is not optional, given India’s rapidly growing economy and complex legal landscape. Navigating the turbulent waters of the Indian legal system can be daunting for businesses – both Indian and foreign. The constantly evolving regulatory frameworks and statute revisions make this task even more challenging.

Carving out a trail through this maze of compliance legislation alone is next to impossible for any business venture. Against this backdrop, corporate law advisory firms have emerged as much-needed saviours. While these firms offer specialised guidance to navigate the complexities of the Indian system, finding a trustworthy end-to-end advisory partner can be challenging. This is where BMC Advisors has broken the mould. Hailed as one of the country’s most trusted corporate advisory firms, the Delhi-based firm has established a blemish-free reputation of excellence and unmatched client goodwill.

Chartering a Course to Success

BMC Advisors has carved out a niche in corporate and IPR consultancy domains. Owing to the enthusiastic and dedicated approach of the firm and its committed team of professionals, BMC has been transforming threats into opportunities for over 20 years. Revered in various corporate and business verticals as the premier law partner, BMC Advisors spreads its influence via its headquarters in New Delhi and corporate offices in Mumbai and Hyderabad, with overseas offices in the USA, United Kingdom and Qatar.

Growing BMC from a small firm to now a team of 25 talented professionals, while commanding a national and international reputation has been an inspiring journey – Brijesh Mathur

As a product of its result-oriented approach, unmatched client goodwill, and impeccable expertise, BMC Advisors has broken national boundaries to establish a name and reputation in international business cycles as the foremost corporate, legal and IPR consultancy firm.

The Firm’s client list speaks for itself. While the firm already had an international roster of clients, it has now established offices in the USA, UK and Qatar, making its quality corporate consultancy services more easily accessible to international clients.

A Humble Journey to the Uno Position

While it took the firm barely two decades to reach the pinnacle of the corporate law advisory ladder, the firm’s beginnings were as humble as ever. Like all other start-ups, BMC Advisors started small in a compact office space located in Delhi’s Amar Colony. In fact, the firm title was different too. Known then as B. Mathur & Co. Company Secretaries, the firm was born out of the many struggles of its founder, Brijesh Mathur, a practising Company Secretary and qualified lawyer.

Building the reputation of the firm and its clientele was the first challenge Brijesh had to overcome. The initial days were especially difficult, given the limited funds. Since the firm’s success ledge was not yet created, clients were sceptical about trusting the team with their business needs. However, as a leader with foresight, Brijesh was well aware of the challenges to brand creation and recognition. At the same time, he was more than convinced that through his perseverance, dedication, and positive outlook, he could remain true to his vision. Finally, his determination did charter a breakthrough in these dark, tough times, giving way to a brighter future.

With their top-of-the-line advisory services, BMC Advisors was able to turn a corner. Word of mouth from existing clients helped spread the firm’s influence, exponentially growing its client base. At the heart of it, Brijesh’s professional ethics, result-oriented consultancy service and client support helped the firm break away from the standard slew of advisory start-ups.

Going the Extra Mile: Commitment to Excellence

Brijesh started BMC Advisors with a vision to create a one-of-a-kind, all-encompassing corporate, legal and IPR advisory firm. Unlike standard firms that advise clients on compliance of delivering quality issues as and when they arise, BMC Advisors is poised to go above and beyond. This USP has set it apart from the rest of the market competitors, helping the firm and its talented team of experts create an unrivalled service niche.

BMC Advisors is committed to bringing nothing but excellence to its clients. To this end, the firm invests heavily in research-based activities. With an experienced and proactive research wing, BMC Advisors tracks the rapidly changing regulatory protocols and communicates the same to its clients. The firm goes the extra mile to protect clients from any present or future infringements by issuing regular compliance-regulated updates.

Commanding an extensive network of volunteers, the Foundation heads various community service initiatives, with regular health camps and food distribution drives being the foremost among them.

Working to ensure sustainable change and social welfare for all, the Foundation also runs education camps like computer centres, women’s skill development centres, e-learning centres, and central libraries. The Foundation’s core goal remains to bring tangible change through learning and support among the economically backward sections of the Indian society. Brijesh sums it up perfectly when he says, ‘As privileged individuals, it is our duty to lend a helping hand to those without such opportunities. Humanity can only progress through mutual help and support.’

During the tough Covid-19 days, when the country’s medical infrastructure was pushed to its breaking point, the Pramanit Foundation partnered with various organisations to alleviate this pressure.
