Extrusion Coating Line
Coatall’s extrusion coater has been specified and designed in close cooperation with SML to achieve unique technical and cooperation advantages. This State -of-the-Art European made high speed Extrusion Coating Line incorporates several special features such as special die adjustment, online deckle change, modified gauging system, special winder for sensitive materials, ozone treater and destroyer. With a speed of 500 meters per minute it will be the fastest running line in India and have a capacity excess of 6000 MT per annum per annum.
Wet Coating Line
The company’s gravure Coating Line is a custom -designed unique unit equipped to deliver the high quality multi-layer coated films. It features two flexible coating stations and stations and speed in excess of 200 meter per minute. It is designed to handle full range of film thicknesses and substrates, such as BOPP, BOPET and BOPA wide variety of film types such as Gloss, Matte, Metallized and Cavitated White Films and Sensitive Surfaces.
Machine is equipped with dual ovens and flexible gravure coating functionality at both the stations. With ample drying capacity, this line is especially designed to produce all specialties with high efficiency and quality.

He established one by one all thermal Lamination Brands in India from installation of plant to Selling Hundreds of Containers. He setup thermal film business for 3 companies in India.
Cagla DeAngelo, Co-founder of Coatall
Prior to Coatall, Cagla served as the chief film technology consultant at TFA technology consultant at TFA. She led global marketing and film She led global marketing and film She led global marketing and film development projects for top BOPP Film manufacturers. At TFA, she also led technology projects at OEMs and consumer goods companies consumer goods. Prior to TFA, Cagla served in various Technical, Marketing and various and Strategy positions at ExxonMobil Films in the US and EU Films.
Tom DeAngelo, Co-founder of Coatall
Prior to Coatall, Tom founded and served as the President of TFA consulting firm which provides services in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and Innovation projects for the Films Industry. Prior to TFA, Tom developed, implemented and managed European Logistics Operations for Bausch & LombBausch & Lomb Bausch. At Mobil Plastics, he led At Mobil Plastics, he led engineering and business expansion projects in PE, OPS.
Gauri Shabde, Co-founder of Coatall
Gauri has provided critical advisory function throughout the initiation and advisory function startup of Coatall project. Currently, she is an active member of “SAKAR” NGO for adoption. Gauri holds a MS degree in Home Management. Over her career, Gauri has supported new business development through her partnership with S.V. Shabde on numerous startup businesses. She brings strength in administrative and strategic business functions. As a board member, she will continue in her As a board member role advisory.
Vikram Shabde, Director of Coatall
Before joining Coatall, Vikram worked as a Principal Engineer in process control & automation at Celanese Chemical Company in Houston, Texas Houston. He has more than 16 years of professional work experience in the USA.
Prior to that, Vikram was at Alstom Power where he did research on optimization of electricity generation and pollution control processes. Vikram holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
He is a member of the leadership team and a Director of Coatall.
Neha Shabde, Director of Coatall
