admin Global hotel group IHG Hotels & Resorts will mark its entry into The World Islands with the Marbella Resort Hotel- Vignette Collection in January 2026.
The Worlds Islands is a manmade archipelago off the coast of Dubai with islands shaped like countries and continents of the world. This collaboration falls under the milestone for The Heart of Europe, which is currently a flagship project under the Kleindienst Group.
The report on this project shared states that, it will feature 150 rooms overlooking the Arabian Gulf along a pristine beach, as well as an Andalusian-inspired design fused with contemporary architecture.

Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection The World Islands Dubai will significantly reimagine luxury and set future regional hospitality benchmarks,” said Haitham Mattar, managing director of India, Middle East and Africa, IHG Hotels & Resorts. “We look forward to welcoming travellers worldwide upon the hotel’s opening in 2026.”
Marbella Resort Hotel is currently under construction and is expected to become a key highlight of IHG’s Dubai portfolio.
At the moment, IHG is operation 108 hotels across eight brands in the Middle East, including InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, staybrdge Suites, Hotel Indigo, voco and Six Senses.
