Taste Atlas’s rankings, as of March 2024, showcased Rogan Josh from Kashmir and Galouti Kebab from Lucknow at the 26th and 27th spots, respectively. On the other hand, Galouti Kebab, with its origins steeped in legend, offers a melt-in-your-mouth experience, attributed to its creation for Nawab Asad-ud-Daula, who required a toothless-friendly dish.
