Singer Taylor Swift is on Way to Release New Versions of Her First Six Albums

Famous American singer Taylor Swift has decided to re-record and release new versions of her old songs, primarily of her first six albums.

The first song that has been released from this new venture of Taylor Swift is her most famous song Love Story. This song was first released in the year 2008 and reached new feats of success. It was a part of her second album Fearless as an artist.

She announced this new venture with the help of the Good Morning America show. In the show, Taylor revealed that she has already recorded all the songs again and the new album will contain a total of 26 songs that will be released one after the other.

All these songs have been written by Taylor when she was very young, that is, between the ages of 16 and 18.

The original album of Taylor Swift Fearless won a Grammy in the year 2010 and she was the youngest singer to ever receive such an honour.

This comes in between of her battle to own her own music and it is being hoped that all of Taylor’s fans will shift to these new recordings and will do away with the previous ones.

In the year 2018, Taylor had announced her decision of leaving the label Big Machine behind. This label started the career of Taylor Swift. She had signed a deal with the Universal Music Group and a very major advantage that this label is offering her is that from hereon, she will own all of the music that she records in contrast to her previous label.

All of Taylor’s music was sold to Scooter Braun by Big Machine, thereby depriving Taylor of all the work that she had done. No option of buying back her work was also accorded to her.

Taylor Swift took to Twitter and said that she has already spoken a lot as to why she is releasing all of her albums again and she said that all artists should have a right over their own work for innumerable reasons.
