It’s been a two months since rumors about Häagen-Dazs would be adding a Rosé & Cream flavor to its Spirit Collection. And just in time for Valentine’s Day, Delish has received confirmation from the legendary ice cream brand that the alcohol-infused treat is indeed a reality.
A refreshingly tart rosé flavored swirl is folded into wine infused sweet ice cream to form what is destined to become the ultimate summer treat. Remaining true to the collection, the latest addition is just 0.5 percent alcohol by volume. Rosé & Cream joins the six pints made with bourbon, Irish cream, rum, and stout which are already a part of the Spirits Collection. The flavors include: Bourbon Praline Pecan, Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle, Irish Cream Brownie, Irish Cream Cookie Squares, Rum Tres Leches, and Stout Chocolate Pretzel Crunch. There is also the Amaretto Black Cherry Almond Toffee pint for those hunting a non-dairy option. It is gluten free and has just just 310 calories in a serving. Like its peers, the reported new Rosé & Cream flavor contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, meaning you won’t get drunk on this ice cream alone. The Spirits Collection was first introduced in the U.S. this past February, a year and a half after a boozy ice cream line from Häagen-Dazs went on sale in Canada. Here’s to hoping the addition of even more new flavors will mark the collection’s first birthday.
