Chanel Rouge Allure Ink Fusion

Chanel entered the liquid lip game in 2016 with Rouge Allure Ink Liquid Lip Colour, a formula that was so good, it won multiple awards. Fast forward three years, and now the brand is taking things a step further with the Chanel Rouge Allure Ink Fusion (£31), a liquid lip formula that’s even more matte and even more pigmented — all while promising to stay put and comfortable for up to eight hours.

Available in 12 shades, the formula contains vitamin E and silica microbeads, both of which help to keep the highly concentrated liquid lipstick malleable whilst on your mouth, not cracking or drying like many of the ultramatte options on the market.

Christophe Robin Care X Style Line

Christophe Robin’s chicer-than-chic product line has consisted solely of haircare products, focusing on innovative (and more importantly, clean) shampoos, colour-depositing masks, and leave-in conditioners. Starting this month, the famed French hair colourist makes his first foray into styling products with the Care X Style Line.

Staring off small, the first two Care X Style products include the Christophe Robin Luscious Curl Cream With Flaxseed Oil (£28), a hydrating curl definer that contains flaxseed oil (rich in omegas and fatty acids to help restore hair’s elasticity) and aloe vera, as well as the Christophe Robin Anti-Frizz Rescue Milk With Shea Butter (£30), a frizz-reducing spray that’s packed with fatty acids to help condition and strengthen the hair fibres without the ingredients building up onto your scalp.

e.l.f. Superclarify Cleanser

If you’ve got oily or combination skin, or work out often, the new e.l.f. Superclarify Cleanser (£6)is a great, inexpensive cleanser that washes away dirt, grime, and grease to help keep breakouts at bay. Loaded with niacinamide and lavender oil, you also don’t have to worry about it overdrying your skin.

Virtue Volumizing Mousse

This isn’t so much a mousse to enhance curls, it’s a mousse that is truly meant to be used prior to be a blowout, to create memory before throwing it up into an updo, and to thicken the hair,” Adir Abergel, hairstylist and creative director for Virtue, told POPSUGAR. “I spent a lot of time in the lab making sure that I found a mousse that was manageable in the sense of not being sticky or stiff but was lightweight and didn’t weigh down the hair. When you touch it, it’s almost pillowy, and because the formula is little watery, it doesn’t become too dense.”

The Virtue Volumizing Mousse will become available in the UK in October 2019.
