Just as when you start turning a wheel, initially you get a lot of resistance, but once the wheel starts rolling, the going gets smooth. This is something that is very recent, and the driving force behind this is the introduction of cheap, DIY legal services that are causing the cost expectations and the perceived value of legal expertise of the clients to plummet.
