Dean Erhardt is the President and CEO of D2 Solutions, a company that has been in existence for over 30 years. A Proven Track Record

With 30 plus years of experience in strategic marketing and management Dean Erhardt’s background lies within the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. He spent his career at several well-known firms as Express Scripts, Cardinal Health, and U.S. Healthcare. Erhardt currently holds the position of both President and CEO at D2 Solutions where he handles how it interacts with biotech companies, medical device manufacturers, eHealth providers, and pharmaceutical firms.

Moreover, he works together with channel partners like retail outlets, specialty pharmacies, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), payers, long-term care facilities, hospitals, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) as well as Dispensing Channel Pharmacies including Pharmacies Filling Mail Order Prescriptions & Pharmacies Providing Specialty Medications to Patients. Erhardt was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Express Scripts prior to joining D2 Solutions, with a focus on Specialty Pharmacy Benefits Management. For the specialty and biotech therapeutic categories, he developed formularies, reimbursement models, and support programs. He had previously been the Sales and Marketing Director at Express Scripts Specialty Distribution Services where he collaborated with more than 30 pharmaceutical manufacturers on their limited distribution programmes including patient assistance programs as well as other product specific support initiatives. 

Erhardt holds an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. His board affiliations include VirMedica, Inc. and StagesSTL that reflect his commitment to professional and community engagement.
