Not just that but he has a far-flung range of other books which he can never forget, like ‘Journey to Midnight’ by none other than Matthew Griffin, ‘Extreme Ownership’ by Jocko Willink, ‘The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership’ and ‘Leaders Eat Last’ by Simon Sinek. He recommends all to give them a try to lead a transformative life as well. Going through works by great minds pushes you to walk towards a better path by know.

Looking ahead, Kevin aspires to continue mentoring his replacement while pursuing his dream of becoming a Police Chief for a small to medium-sized agency. “It’s a dream I have had since graduation and a part of my ongoing 5-year goals,” adds Kevin.
