admin The car manufacturing company Kia recently launched a teaser to show its all-new electric car EV6. If reports are to be believed the car is all ready to be launched in the global markets.
With the levels of pollution increasing worldwide and the fast depletion of the natural resources, there has been a special impetus that has been given to the development of electrical cars. For this South Korean carmaker, it is the first attempt at making a fully electrical commercial car.
In the month January, Kia had made an announcement regarding is brand strategy and it became increasing clear that the core value that this carmaker wants to inculcate is electrical mobility. The launch of this car will be a significant step further in this very direction.
Apart from its first electric car, EV6, Kia now plans to launch six more electric cars by the year 2027. An important thing to note here is the fact that EV6 is the first fully automated car by Kia but not the only electric car. Semi-electrical vehicles like Soul and Niro have been in the market for quite some time now and has been highly appreciated by the people.
The teaser that has been released by the carmaker shows that the new Kia EV6 will be a crossover SUV and will have advanced features attached to it. The features would be a chiselled front, a sloping and elegant roofline, raked windscreen, LED handlamps and rear haunches to name a few. This would tackle the electric cars to another level.
A high-capacity battery will also be installed in the vehicle to power it. It is a new design for Kia and it is all about experimentation.
Kia has always aimed for vehicles that are beyond the ordinary, original and have a bold statement. Almost all the big organisations in the automobile sector are now moving their manufacturing along the electrical lines because the governments of countries seem to be more interested in them to keep the pollution levels in check and protect the fossil fuels.
