The four entrepreneurs, Neelkanth Shinde, Nilesh Shinde, Anirudha Kshirsagar, and Jyoti Adhav have constituted a perfect mix of multi-domain expertise. Their aim for building a first of its kind processed food organization for catering millennials has taken shape in an effective manner in the form of Safpro Industries.

Mr. Neelkanth Shinde is the Founder & CEO of Safpro. A foodpreneur with a strategic vision to enter the healthy processed foods domain, he is actively leading the company by setting up the institutional customer base and letting the company innovate on the retail product front. Neelkanth brings multi-domain expertise to drive the cross-functional management team at Safpro.

Mr. Nilesh Shinde is a Co-founder and heads the operations as well as the new product development initiatives. He is instrumental in setting the ISO 22000 codex and overcoming the key bottlenecks in the operations. Nilesh is coordinating the critical lean manufacturing model at Safpro.

Mr. Anirudha Kshirsagar is a Co-founder and now heads the Sales and Marketing at Safpro. Banking ace and entrepreneur has helped Safpro to cut down the channel costs and reach out to the end consumer in an effective manner with his out-of-the-box lean sales strategies. Anirudha is fortifying change management at Safpro.

Mrs. Jyoti Adhav is a Director of Finance at Safpro. She is a natural entrepreneur and currently looking after finance and procurement divisions. She is augmenting and building a robust structure for procurement and streamlining the cash flows of the company. She is a core artist and key person in getting numerous creative ideas in procurement and finance.
