Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival Returns with Global Delights

Epcot’s highly anticipated International Food & Wine Festival is set to make its grand return on August 29, running daily through November 23. This year, the festival promises an array of mouthwatering culinary experiences, with a mix of new and returning menus that cater to food lovers of all kinds. As one of Disney’s largest culinary events, it brings together tastes from around the globe, offering an expansive variety of dishes that reflect diverse cultures and flavors.

Cheese Lovers Rejoice with Emile’s Fromage Montage

One of the festival’s most beloved offerings, Emile’s Fromage Montage, inspired by the cheese-loving rat from Ratatouille, is back with even more cheesy delights. Visitors can embark on a savory adventure across the park, collecting stamps as they savor a variety of cheese dishes. Highlights include Swiss raclette-covered potatoes, Greek griddled cheese, and selections from the Macatizers Menu, such as truffle macaroni and cheese. After sampling five different dishes, participants can redeem their stamps for a special cheese-themed prize at the Shimmering Sips Marketplace, making this experience both delicious and rewarding.

Diverse Global Flavors and Innovative Treats

This year’s festival showcases a diverse array of global cuisines and innovative dishes. The Muppets-themed Brew-Wing Lab returns with its signature pickle milkshakes and a variety of uniquely flavored chicken wings, including the spicy Carolina Reaper Pepper Curry Wings. New offerings include both traditional and creative twists on classic comfort foods, such as the cheesesteak macaroni and cheese, and the Impossible chili macaroni and cheese, catering to vegetarian guests.

International flavors are abundant with dishes like the Tostada de Camarones from Mexico, the crispy duck bao bun from China, and the paella negra from Spain. For dessert lovers, the Tiramisu funnel cake and the Kyoho grape sour cocktail from Japan are just a few of the sweet delights awaiting visitors. The festival also features specialty beverages, including creative cocktails like the Mango Sunrise Margarita from Mexico and the Greek Melon Lemonade from Greece.

From bold hot dogs in Flavors of America to rich dishes like the red wine-braised short rib at Earth Eats, the festival brings together a remarkable collection of tastes that reflect the culinary diversity of the world. Whether you’re a fan of traditional favorites or eager to try something new, Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival offers something for everyone, making it a must-visit event for food enthusiasts this fall. The festival not only celebrates global cuisine but also provides a unique opportunity to experience the culinary creativity that Disney is known for.
