The 93rd academy awards aka the Oscars have announced the list of nominations and have also clarified that the awards will be in person and no casual attires will be allowed.
The Oscars are undoubtedly the biggest night for all artists as they get recognised and acknowledged on the global platform for their performances. This year the Oscars are to be held on the 25th of April which is a Sunday.
This year the Oscars will not only take place at its usual venue, that is, the Dolby Theatre but also in Los Angles at another location The Union Station. They will be live telecasted at ABC for all the viewers.
The Oscars already had to be held at a later period given the pandemic but now the Academy has decided that it will be in person and all the protocols will be followed including wearing of masks, availability of sanitizers and social distancing.
Testing will also take place and a special protocol has been made for the same wherein the results will be out in mere minutes. This will ensure the smooth functioning of the entire function which is most likely going to be a star-studded award night with a lot of excitement.
This year the Oscars will be directed by an Emmy winning director Glenn Weiss who will be added this feather to her cap already having live telecasted and directed a number of television shoes but this one sure has to be the most exciting one.
This year the Oscars will not be telecasted normally like any other show but have taken a different approach to keep the audience entertained. The live telecast will be like a movie for all of its viewers and Glenn has already started working on the same and is expected to deliver with the best results.
The nominations are also out for all the categories and a number of movies and shows on OTT platforms have been nominated. The nominations have excited the fans who are now eager to know what artist wins what!
