John McCarty, President and CEO of Mainline, joined the company in April. Under McCarthy’s leadership, Mainline has expanded its focus, primarily a hardware reseller, toward IT solutions such as business analytics and he has retooled Mainline’s professional services division. Strategically, he has worked on a multi-year plan to transform Mainline from a strictly IBM HW reseller to a true technology integrator that understands a varied client environment.
Prior to joining Mainline, John served in executive management positions with EMC, StorageApps, CNT, McData and Virtual Iron.
