Humble Beginnings

Meeting the Creator
As a creator to his very core, Tridiv Das started Creative Factor to step away from the conventional consultancy bubble. He left his position as VP of New Business Strategy and Creative at Digitas to set up this unique business consultancy. With over 23 years of experience in the Creative and Brand Strategy segment, Tridiv has worked on notable marketing campaigns for brands like Intel, Adidas, Apple, Reliance Digital, HP, Schneider Electric and others.
Today, he leads CF+ by leveraging his expertise in Business Strategy and Brand Communications. As a hands-on CEO, Tridiv works relentlessly to streamline operations and fine-tune systems and services. His innovative spirit and boundless expertise have given the firm its market edge. Together with Co-Founder Satish Kumar, the group has onboarded Industry Stalwarts into its board like Partho Sinha as Chief of Creative Strategy, Ranjoy Dey as Chief Growth Officer, Hiral Saimy as Chief of Happiness Officer, Tripesh Das as Head of Creative Operations, and Hari Prasad as Head of Productions.
