Tom Brady has been representing New England for the last twenty years and is now going to play for Tampa Bay Buccaneers according to the reports.
He announced on Tuesday morning that he was leaving Patriots via a social media post. He is supposedly going to sign a $30M per year deal with Tampa Bay. Things are not clear how long the deal is for.
We got the news from ESPN that Buccaneers are looking to get the Super Bowl champion the day he announced his last day with patriots. His stint with New England was one of the most successful deals in the history of American sports and now it’s the end of an era.
Brandy is getting older and he will be 43 while playing the next NFL season. He is not just a normal star; he has won six Super Bowl titles, four Super Bowl MVP trophies and three regular-season MVP awards. In other words, there has been no other quarterback to be as successful as him in pro football history.
He wrote on Tuesday: “I don’t know what my football future holds, but it is time for me to open a new stage for my life and my career. Although my football journey will take place elsewhere, I appreciate everything that we have achieved and am grateful for our incredible TEAM experiences.”
The reports and the internal claims suggest that Tampa Bay has been pitching for Brady on Monday as he will be a gem of the addition to the team’s line-up.
Addition of Brady can be a winning move for the franchise as they are lately been losing more games than winning. They have the lowest winning percentage of any team in NFL history, i.e., 0.387.
