10 Satellites Placed in the Orbit by ISRO in A Successful Mission

The Indian Space Research Organisation has today after nearly a year done a successful launch by placing a total of 10 satellites in the orbit.

The launch was delayed by a total of ten minutes which raised a lot of speculation regarding its success. The reason for the delay is said to have been inclement weather conditions that were prevalent at the time of the countdown before launch.

The rocket that was launched carried an all-weather imaging satellite along with nine foreign satellites for research purposes. In under a time span of fifteen minutes the launch rocket successfully injected the ten satellites into the orbit of the earth.

The satellites that have been launched into the orbit will be very helpful for agriculture, forestry and disaster management in the future.

The Indian prime minister Narendra Modi announced the launch on his official twitter handle and congratulated the entire team on the historic launch. He even went on to appreciate them further for handling the constraints posed by the pandemic so effectively and launching the rocket at the deadline itself.

The chief of the Indian Space Research organisation K.Sivan was elated and the success and called this launch a very special and unusual mission. He congratulated everyone involved for coming to offices in the middle of a pandemic because space work is very intricate and every individual needs to come to an office. It is not possible to do so in the comfort of our houses. They took all possible safety protocols and worked with as limited staff as was possible.

This launch was extremely important for ISRO since all other schedules were delayed because of the pandemic. They are all set for further three launches which in all probability will take place on time.

It was ISRO’s 76th launch vehicle from this very spaceport and the 38th launch from the first launch pad established.

This mission was called PSL-CV94/EOS-01 and ISRO had collaborated with Lithuania, Luxembourg and the United States. This sure was a huge success and ISRO looks forward to coming to know the benefits of these satellites in the orbit and they look forward to having more such launches in the coming times.
