admin The North American maintenance, repair, overhaul and completions business, Flying Colours, has assigned Scott Meyer as vice president and general manager of its St. Louis facility.
Meyer is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, designing strategies for business evolution, and exploring new expansion opportunities.
He is primarily directing on the implementation, integration and refining of business processes to increase efficiencies across the United States facility, while ensuring FCC retains its reputation for delivering the highest standards.
“I know the position with Flying Colours presents an amazing opportunity and I am really excited to get started. The ambitious growth strategy will leverage all of my experience as we continue to develop and transform operations. Integration and reorganisation of Flying Colours workshops and hangars will optimize the expertise of our highly skilled team to deliver increased efficiencies, reduce cycle times and provide robust project budget control. This is core to sustaining the highest quality of work, paramount to exceeding our customer expectations and will foster further business growth potential,” told Meyer. Meyer will report directly to the company’s president and CEO, John Gillespie who stated, “Our team in St. Louis will welcome the guidance of someone as experienced as Scott.
