This endeavor unlocked a new transformational side to his leadership, pushing him to ideate and innovate. Looking into the Life of the Transformational Leader
While most of us take years to figure out our calling, Michael ascertained his true calling early in life. Hailing from a family of generational lawyers, Michael always had a clear idea about his life goals from early childhood. With lawyers on both his maternal and paternal sides serving in various capacities within the New York State legal apparatus, Michael had his interests fairly set by the time he finished high school.
After graduating from the New York State University at Geneseo with a B.A. Degree in Psychology, Michael pursued his passion for law. In 2014, he graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and became a New York State Bar Association member. He embarked on his legal journey fighting for the rights of vulnerable children, tackling issues like custody battles, child abuse, neglect and juvenile delinquency in family courts with unwavering determination.
He then went on to work with the Suffolk County Supreme Court Law Department, where he dedicated his time to conducting in-depth research and analysis of legal issues, skillfully drafting confidential opinions in civil suits involving real estate, motor vehicle accidents, labor law, and negligence. Given his professional work ethic and unwavering commitment to excellence, Michael was promoted to Senior Court Attorney within just a year of joining.
